To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition, all our goods are carefully checked and packed before despatch.
Should the goods you have ordered be delivered faulty, damaged or incorrect please inform us at enquiries@giftideasforyou.net and we will offer you either a full refund or replacement item.
All faulty, damaged or incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging.
